From Production Line to Shipment Bay

Our main production lines are currently running at full capacity to meet increasing global demand for disposable protective clothing, isolation gowns, coveralls, masks, and other PPE products. Each worker operates their station efficiently - whether it's ultrasonic sewing, gown folding, or packaging. Supervisors conduct random inspections on the line, ensuring every batch meets the company's internal standards and international safety requirements.

Inside our workshop, finished products move seamlessly through each stage - from assembly to inspection, from packaging to labeling. By the time a carton is sealed, it has already undergone multiple layers of quality checks, including material integrity, seam strength, and barrier performance.

Stringent Quality Control Before Every Shipment

Before a shipment leaves the warehouse, our Quality Control (QC) team performs final inspections. They verify product specifications, carton labels, and packing lists to ensure all details match the client's purchase order. Sampling tests are conducted in our in-house laboratory to confirm compliance with relevant standards such as EN 14126, EN 14605, ISO 13485, and ASTM F1670.

Only after all criteria are met does the logistics team begin the container loading process. Each pallet is wrapped and secured to prevent movement during transportation. Workers carefully check the container numbers and photograph the loading process - providing visual documentation for our clients' peace of mind.

Professional Logistics and On-Time Delivery

Once the final inspection is complete, our logistics department coordinates with trusted freight forwarders to manage customs documentation, booking schedules, and shipment tracking. The containers are then sealed and transported to nearby ports such as Wuhan or Shanghai for export to our international partners in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
