4. Where do your goods ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from Wuhan, Shanghai, or other China ports, some stock can be shipped from our Europe warehouse.
5. What is your production capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 85 x 40'HQ containers per month, which enable us to take orders in large quantity and make fast delivery.
6. Do you have inspection procedures?
A: Yes, we have complete inspection processes including raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and finished product sampling inspection.
7. Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, we understand the necessity of market tests, trial orders with small quantities are acceptable. We would like to develop and grow with our clients together.
8. Can you do OEM & ODM?
A: With more than 10 years of customized service experience, we undertake ODM and OEM orders all the time.
9. Can we have the extension of your CE certificate?
A: Yes, an extension of our CE certificate can be applied to customers after signing the <Annual Cooperation Agreement> with us.
10. Do you provide a sample? Is it free?
A: Sure, samples in small quantities can be provided free of charge while customers pay the express charge. All the sample costs you paid will be refunded/deducted from the first formal order with us. Also, we accept samples from customers as references for counter samples and quotes.
11. What methods of payment do you accept?
A: T/T, L/C, PayPal, West Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance are all acceptable for us.
12. What is your lead time for mass production?
A: The lead time is 20-25 days for regular orders and 7-12 days for emergency orders.
13. What are your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
14. Do you have a size chart for clothing?

A: Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in artwork design. Send us your ideas and we will help to carry them out with perfect designs, and we can help customers build their own brands and product portfolio as well.

A: All our products have traceable batch numbers, any problems with product quantity, quality, packaging, and others can be fed back to us after receiving the goods, and we will provide active after-sales service for all the problems.
