Lioncare Winter Team-Building Trip To Harbin & Mohe
Feb 04, 2026
From January 27 to February 1, Lioncare organized a winter team-building trip to northern China, bringing together our employees and their families for an unforgettable journey through Harbin and Mohe-two cities defined by ice, snow, and resilience.
This was more than a winter getaway.
It was a shared experience that reflected who we are as a company: respect for nature, commitment to perseverance, and genuine care for our people.
Harbin: Where Ice Meets Warmth
Our journey began in Harbin, a city where winter reveals both strength and beauty.
Standing before Saint Sophia Cathedral, we were immersed in its European architectural elegance, made even more striking by the surrounding snow. Walking along Central Street, we enjoyed local cuisine and the vibrant atmosphere that brings warmth to even the coldest days.
On the frozen Songhua River, our team experienced ice dragon boat racing-fast-paced, energetic, and full of laughter. At the Harbin Ice and Snow World, we challenged the famous mega ice slides and took in panoramic night views from the snowflake Ferris wheel, capturing moments that will stay with us long after winter fades.

Mohe: Respect for Nature, Strength from History
We then flew north to Mohe, one of the coldest and most remote regions in China.
Our visit to the Daxinganling Forest Fire Memorial Hall was a powerful reminder of the devastating wildfire that once changed this land forever. The stories we encountered there reinforced a shared understanding: nature deserves respect, and resilience is built through hardship.
Leaving the memorial, we walked through quiet birch forests, played in deep snow, and embraced the freedom of winter-snowball fights, laughter, and moments of pure joy.

That evening in Beihong Village, we shared what became the most meaningful New Year's Eve dinner of our trip.
Later, team members took turns waiting through the night for the aurora. Although the northern lights did not appear, the experience itself revealed something important: Lioncare people do not give up easily.
That same persistence defines how we work every day-serving our customers with care, responsibility, and follow-through.
Further North: Challenge, Discovery, and Joy
Our journey continued to Beiji Village, the northernmost village in China, and onward to Longjiang First Bay, home to the iconic Ω-shaped river bend. Climbing more than 1,000 steps to the summit, we were rewarded with a breathtaking view over Mohe-an unforgettable reminder that effort brings perspective.

We also experienced horse-drawn sleds, one of the region's oldest forms of transportation, offering a glimpse into life in extreme cold. In Christmas Village, the team came together for music and dancing, filling the winter night with energy and laughter.
Moments That Brought Us Together
In the days that followed, we visited the northernmost post office in China, fed reindeer at a local park, strolled through Polaris Square, and gathered at the famous Mohe Dance Hall-where colleagues jumped into lively sing-offs and dance-offs, filling the day with laughter, energy, and unforgettable moments.

On the return journey aboard the "snow country train," we watched endless winter landscapes pass by while playing cards and sharing stories. Our CEO, Luca, joined the game-an ordinary moment that perfectly reflects Lioncare's culture.
At Lioncare, hierarchy never stands in the way of connection.
Everyone is equal, everyone is respected.
Although Luca didn't win a single round, his laughter said everything.
Returning with Gratitude and Purpose
We finally returned to our headquarters in Wuhan, bringing this remarkable journey to a close.
This was a trip filled with cold temperatures-but even warmer hearts.
We are deeply grateful to Lioncare for organizing a journey that included not only employees, but also their families.
Lioncare's commitment to employee well-being is not a slogan-it is something we truly experience.
As we return to work, we do so with renewed energy, stronger bonds, and a shared commitment to the year ahead.
In the coming months, we will continue to serve our customers with professionalism, reliability, and care-just as we always have.
From the far north, we move forward together.
This is Lioncare.
