A Letter To Our Clients from LIONCARE

A year goes by so fast, and it's still a year full of uncertainty and challenges for all of us. The continued spread of Omicron variants still poses a significant threat to us, and all of us are working hard to deal with it. We, as a traditional and experienced disposable PPE manufacturer, also spare no effort to continue to supply quality products to provide the most reliable protection to people. LIONCARE thanks you and all our brave healthcare professionals and first responders who are tirelessly working around the clock to help those affected during these difficult times. 

During 2021--

● A new factory was established. We have finished the construction of a new factory, which covers an area of 58,000 square meters. Including 5,000 square meters' class 100,000 clean-room workshop. We hired 305 new workers, which increased our comprehensive production capacity by 25% and the production capacity of medical protective products by 56%.

● Being one of the key manufacturers of PPE in China. According to the Hubei Province Science and Technology Innovation "New species" enterprise cultivation activity, our factory was included in the list of only 8 Gazelle enterprises and became one of the ten key manufacturers of epidemic prevention substances designated by the State Food and Drug Administration. This means that we will get more support and cultivation from the government, and also ensure that we will maintain absolute price and quality advantages in the international market.

● The high quality of our products is well-proven. Due to the demand for a higher quality of PPE in the wave of the epidemic, we have successfully supplied our EU CE-certified TYPE 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 coveralls and FFP2 / FFP3 masks to the global medical market, gaining high recognition and positive feedback from the resellers and users.  At the end of November 2021, we have three production lines are successfully passed the strict audit by the Domestic Food and Drug Administration and that means we have another 5,000 square meters of Class 100,000 clean-room workshops for medical productions.

● According to the market demand information we collected, we re-classified our products into industrial protection and medical protection according to different applications. As two different markets have different standards and production environments required, we have made a more detailed and specific division and optimized the products portfolio, aiming to provide more professional and high efficient services to clients when making product purchasing programs.

● We launched a 'European Warehouse' pilot in Romania, which started to offer some customers access to PPE items and services in a faster, cheaper, and warmer way this winter.

In the New Year, we will update our webpage, optimize online product display, and update technical support information; Our Wuhan sales team will soon move into a new spacious and comfortable office, and we will also use higher enthusiasm, more meticulous service, more warm way to supply you with quality goods.
